An average person moves from one area to the another in an average of 3x in a lifetime. However, some of us may have settled to one area when we started our own family and we all wanted the best for our family and we all want the best for our kids, who doesn't right?!

Wanting the best for our kids future we would even consider moving from one county to another, or even from one state to another, especially when that county or state have the values and the resources to mold your child to whatever they wanted to be.

Being a parent, we consider all the aspects as to, how safe the community is, travel time going to your work, the crime rate in the area, the average cost of living, activities available for kids, mode of transportation, available hospital, accessibility, etc. With all this to consider, sometimes it takes a while for us to decide whether it's the best decision we will ever make.

But what if there is a place wherein not only it's safe, with a great education system, and a community with a great quality of air is just one move away? Yup! everything is in Westfield Indianapolis and we have listed 5 reasons as to why Westfield is one of the BEST Places to live in Indiana.

Here are the 5 Reasons as to why Westfield is One of the Best Places to live in Indiana.

“The Market Action Index (MAI) illustrates the balance between supply and demand using a statistical function of the current rate of sale versus current inventory. An MAI value greater than 30 typically indicates a “Seller’s Market” (a.k.a. “Hot Market”) because demand is high enough to quickly absorb available supply. A hot market will typically cause prices to rise. MAI values below 30 indicate a “Buyer’s Market” (a.k.a. “Cold Market”) where the inventory of already-listed homes is sufficient to last several months at the current rate of sales. A cold market will typically cause prices to fall.” Read more at: altosresearch.com.
