Things to DO with Your Kids in Indianapolis this Summer.

Oh Summer! The best time of the year for kids and parents. It's the time of the year where you can teach your kids some responsibilities, bonding with them and actually spend time with them on a daily basis. For kids, the best time to hang around, no homework, staying up late, hang with friends and doing whatever they like to do. But, as a parent we all want our kids to learn something, make their summer fun and memorable. So, upon researching... I found a list that you guys can do. Something educational and fun for you guys!

Here are the list of things that you can both do, ( Source: indystar.com)

1. Tube (or kayak) down Sugar Creek in Turkey Run State Park.

2. Catch a movie under the stars at Tibbs Drive-In.

3. Let a butterfly land on you in the Hilbert Conservatory at White River Gardens.

4.Take a surrey ride along the Indiana Central Canal.

5. Cool off and get wet at a splash park.

6.Canoe along the Driftwood River through Camp Atterbury.

7. Chase lightning bugs around the yard on a warm summer night.

8. Make a giant bubble maker. Let the soapy fun ensue.

9. Ride a real steam locomotive train at the Hesston Steam Museum in northern Indiana.

10. Have your kids help you with baking or cooking.

11. Finger painting with your kids and bring out the artist in them!

There are so much things to do during Summer. What matters is that we make their summer memorable, fun and educational. It's one those season where we can teach them chores that they can do all through out the year.

In this modern times, the argument between buying a property and renting a property still exist. Surprisingly, some will argue that it's best and wiser to just rent instead of buying. I would always say that it's best to buy a property and I can provide hundreds of reasons why buying instead of renting will benefit you.

However, renting and buying a property always have their pro's and con's. Yes, there is a benefit that comes with renting for example, you can just ask your landlord to have your plumbing fix and not hire a plumber. You have to admit, buying a property may or may not always be the most practical thing in the world. Owning a property entails a lot of responsibility and finding the best place to rent is not easy as well.

If you are planning on starting a family anytime soon and still undecided whether if you'll buy a property or rent, I suggest that you get a piece of paper and write this on top of it, " Should I buy or rent a property?" Then, do a pro's and con's on each side of the paper and try to answer some of the questions we have provided below.

1. How long are you planning to stay in the area?

2. Does your job require's you to move from one place to another?

if yes: How long are you expected to stay in that area before moving to another?

3. Do you have the resources to finance a property?

4. Any future plans of putting up a business or retire in that area?

I know that the questions provided on the top part are not exactly all the questions you need to ask and answer. Though, I believe that these are some of the essential follow-up questions that you need to answer this " Should I buy or rent a property?" I have listed the pro's and con's of buying and renting a property below.
