As we approach the month of march and welcome spring with open arms, the unavoidable spring cleaning is just around the corner. Spring cleaning is one of the "must" before the winter season ends and as we welcome spring. You cannot just sit around and pretend it's still winter in your home or let your home appear like it's still winter.

This is the time where we clean like we have never cleaned before, rearrange furniture, hide our winter stuff, have our backyard and patios ready, and do some gardening. This is the best time of the year where we can see everything bloom, smell the fresh air, and appreciate the nature before our eyes.

It's still chilly and winter season is not yet over, but it doesn't mean we cannot do some cleaning to lessen the chores before spring, right? With that being said, I decided to write 5 tips for a hassle free spring cleaning for everyone.

Here is our list of 5 TIPS for a Hassle Free Spring Cleaning. Enjoy!

1. Create a Weekend Cleaning Plan.

Cleaning your home in one go or with just one weekend can strain you and leave you pretty much exhausted to do anything else. By creating your weekly or shall we say a weekend cleaning plan will make sure that you can cover all the rooms and spaces in your house before the spring season starts.

Start with a thorough cleaning of one part of each house every weekend, starting with the least important, like storing winter stuff, or cleaning the kitchen cabinets. It's imperative that you stick to your weekend cleaning schedule to avoid your chores to pile up before spring.

2. Take time to Assess your Home for Damages.

This is the good time to go around your house and check the damages in your home during winter. Check your pipes, your basement, walls, windows, roof, etc. This will give you an idea of the projects and or repairs you will need to focus on during spring and this will give you enough time to save money for repairs. Also, this will give you an idea on what to clean first and the areas safe to assign to your kids.

However, if you are planning or thinking of selling your home this spring, you might want to start the repairs as early as now.
