It's officially spring and some of you might be planning to do some renovations, or, spring makeover. I'll won't be going over the spring cleaning tips, we kinda have an idea of what we spring cleaning is all about. For this article, I did my research for the spring trends for 2016 and a bit different from what we are used to. What I mean is, not the usual plain pastel-colored theme that we usually see or decorate our house with. If you are planning on repainting your walls, or if you are looking for something different for your home this spring, I have compiled some tips from the experts that you might find interesting.

1. Not so Pastel Colors.

We can always relate spring to pastel colors, however, there are other colors that we can opt for wall paint, design, accessories, etc.

According to www.hgtv.com, aside from using the true and tested pastel colors this spring for wall paint or designs we can always use other colors like and not limited to Emerald Green, Yellow, Gray, Orange, Turquoise, and Brown. Read more at www.hgtv.com.

Although, if you are selling your home this spring, do not go crazy on the color of your walls, still, keep it to a neutral tone and for those who will be remodeling their homes this spring, you can also use the color palette for Pantone colors for 2016.

2. Plain is out.

One thing I love with the spring trend is not just using plain pastel color for the throw pillow, but opting for a pattern with flowers, leaves, or any other patterns that will still complement the theme or the color scheme that you want for your home this spring.
