How to have your Very Own Disney Day around Indianapolis

I saw this article and I couldn't just pass the day without sharing it. This is such a good idea that I even wanted to try recreating my very own Disney moment around Indy. Probably without the dressing up part and going around Indy dressed up as Elsa. Lol!

Whoever thought of this is just so awesome and a clever way to recreate or create your pre and post Disney moments with your kids. It doesn't always have to be in Disneyland, though it'll be awesome if it is and it's a great way to spend an awesome afternoon being whimsical without going too far.

I don't own any credits for this awesome article and I absolutely admire how creative the writer is.

Have a Magic Kingdom (ish) meal at The Cake Bake Shop.

Indianapolis baker Gwendolyn Rogers hears it all the time: The lounge in her her Broad Ripple Bakery feels and looks like a Disney retreat. Check out the little white cottage and its fanciful décor.

It’s a small world at Carmel’s Museum of Miniature Houses.

"It's a Small World" takes Disney visitors on a magical boat ride around the globe, but this Hamilton County attraction actually is a small world. There’s even a tropical mansion modeled after a home in Florida, the state where Walt Disney World opened in 1971. By the way, Walt Disney himself was taken by the idea of miniatures.
