As we start 2016, you might be wondering about the neighborhoods that made it to the Top 5 list of the most expensive neighborhoods in Louisville. What makes a neighborhood expensive? They are near the city, gated community, how the safety of the residents is being prioritized, amenities available within the neighborhood, zip code, how established the neighborhood is, and etc.

  • If you have kids, it's important that the school near your neighborhood is the best or a school with a good rating and reviews.
  • Outdoor activities to keep you and your family fit.
  • Family friendly environment.
  • Easy access to transport services, hospitals, shopping and nightlife.
