There are a lot of perks buying a newly constructed home, aside from loving the scent of a newly painted home and knowing that no one has ever lived there is comforting. Plus, I love the idea of being the first family to create wonderful memories in that newly built home.

Buying a newly constructed home have their ups and downs as well. One good example is the price of the home, it may or may not be flexible and there can be minimal adjustments or changes, additions that you can add in the property.

The positive side of buying a newly constructed home always outweighs the consequences. It may be more expensive or not, but we always have to consider our future plans for this home and how much space we will be needing in the future. A bit of research can go a long way and it doesn't hurt to ask a real estate representative of the market value of the homes in that area.

We have put up a list of newly constructed homes in the area. You can reach out to our team, call, text or email us at 502-523-5554 | e: niki@YourJourneyTeam.com if you would like to take a closer look. We'd be happy to schedule a tour at your most convenient time.

Warm up to our TOP 5 Places to get a Bowl of Ramen in Indianapolis

Warm up to our TOP 5 Places to get a Bowl of Ramen in Indianapolis

For Real Estate Inquiries, Please Call, Your Journey Team:

    Niki Fuller at 502-523-5554 / e: niki@YourJourneyTeam.com

We all survived Christmas day and I hope everyone had a great time! I know I did, this is one of the memorable Christmas, where I met my other relatives and didn't know was related to us. Lol! But it was fun and all of our efforts paid off.

During the winter month, aside from coffee and hot cocoa, I am always looking for something warm to eat, something that can warm and fill my tummy with something yummy! I am not just talking about mushroom soup or clam chowder, it's a huge bowl of Ramen.

Just a brief overview, Ramen is a traditional Japanese soup dish, with chinese origin. But since we are located in the U.S. finding a restaurant serving an authentic ramen is hard to find. The broth is the crucial and the essence of ramen. It is said that the ideal time to simmer the ingredients is 6 hrs to 24 hrs to bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients used. Fresh egg noodle made daily and should be firm when served. Topped with the freshest ingredients in the market and seasoned to perfection.

I know, it takes time to create one and it's best to just order one. I decided to list down our TOP 5 Places to get a Bowl of Ramen in Indianapolis.

Here is our TOP 5 Places to get a Bowl of Ramen in Indianapolis. Enjoy!

Open from 11:00 am until 9:30 pm daily. They are serving the best Ramen and closest to the authentic Japanese Ramen. They also offer a wide variety of sushi and we suggest that you try the Louis roll. Ramen price starts at $6 as the cheapest. They don't have a website, but you can check their facebook page and call to make reservations.

    2. Asaka Japanese Restaurant

    Phone: (317) 576-0556

As for their website, it's not up and running yet. You can check their facebook page for operating hours, but they are closed every Monday and Tuesday until March of 2016. Their food is amazing and the décor of their restaurant will take you all the way to Japan! They always plate their sushi beautifully and their ramen tates like amazing as well. Try their Tempura udon ramen for that light, non greasy  and refreshing broth. Do not forget to try their takoyaki! Ramen price ranges from $7 - 9.95.

    3.  Ocean World Restaurant
