Our Top 5 Romantic Places to See around Indianapolis this Winter Season

Winter is one of the most romantic seasons and I guess the most whimsical of all seasons as well. There's beauty from snow falling from the sky and everything being covered in white. There is something comforting about winter, of course, it's cold and we have to admit, we hate shoveling the thick pile of snow from our drive-way. I guess, it's a love-hate relationship.

However, often times, a cold weather makes us reach out for a hot mug of coffee or cocoa, relaxing in front of a fireplace and a warm hand to hold when those are not enough. This is one of the seasons where we actually long for someone to keep us warm with their cuddles, rub to warm our feet when it's too cold and someone, who will be there to keep us company when we cannot go out of the house.

To the lucky people who found their true love, to those who have been dating for a long time, and to those who started dating. Here are some ideas for you guys and what you can do for a date night.

I'm not trying to leave the single's of course, we can still go in one of these places with our friends, probably find a single guy (By the way, I'm not Niki!) and form a new friendship.

1. Go for a Carriage ride around town.

Go around Indianapolis, with style in this romantic carriage ride. Enjoy their City Lights Ride; $50 for 25 mins. or their Traditional Holliday Ride; $100 for 1 hour. I know it's a bit expensive but, treating your loved ones in a carriage ride and to make them feel like Cinderella is priceless. Plus, I know for a fact that they will always remember that moment with you. Oh! It's probably ideal to get some coffee or bring a hot cocoa with you just in case it gets really cold.


2. Monument Circle
