We have done a bedroom update and living room update. Click on the link to see the tips for bedroom and living room low-cost upgrade. Now, it's time to update the bathroom! I know... It's easy to say than actually do it. However, I would like to go ahead and give you the tips on how we can upgrade your bathroom.

I can spend hours just soaking in the tub, and relax after a long day from work. Since, the bathroom is one place that  I can actually relax; it would be nice to see that your bathroom is so pretty, up to date and everything looks new. The bathroom is the one place in our house that is hard to maintain since it's that one place in our house where we can wash our whole body. The paint will eventually peel off from the wall, the handle of our faucets becomes less shiny, the grout gets chipped or molds growing from it. It's just a matter of time and your bathroom won't look good like the first time you moved in. I personally believe that bathrooms should be clean and well maintained. Ever heard of your bathroom reflects your personality? I've heard that saying somewhere and got stuck to my head ever since. On a lighter side, your bathrooms can also affect the value of your home.

Upgrades can be very costly, but sometimes we need to do things on our own so we can save money. Sometimes, all we need to keep in mind that it doesn't really have to cost a lot to update and all we need is the 2 -3 steps from the tips that I will give you. I am aiming for the cheapest way to update your restroom.

1. Repaint your walls.

I just love colors! Paint makes everything look new and makes everything look better. Depending on the scheme that you are looking for feel free to use bold colors in your bathroom. You can make it a bit colorful like the photo or a bit conventional. I think the neutral colors only applies to bedrooms and living room. For a smaller bathroom, do not use a dark shade for a wall paint, it will also make your bathroom look smaller.
