I always wonder how it feels like to live in a palace or waking up every morning in a whimsical inspired house. I just love searching for pictures of homes that looks like it had taken out of the storybooks for kids. Kudos to the owners of the homes who pushed for what they wanted and not conforming to the standards. It's a dream come true for those owners!

Can you still remember your favorite Disney characters? Mine is not exactly Disney, but I love love Alice in Wonderland especially the movie. I also love Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory! It's different from all the princessy type of films with a twist of weirdness in their most adorable way.

I Searched all over the internet (not the world) for (what I think) some Whimsical Homes. Here are my top 5 homes.

1. Home of Cinderella?

4.8-acre property in California's Tony Montecito, the previous owners of this home made it from scratch and had this vision in mind. The picture below is the interior of this home. -image source: http://blogs.wsj.com
