The word nature was derived from the Latin word natura and in ancient times it literally meant "birth." It is one of the most beautiful miracles that we can see from pictures, our very own backyard and literally everywhere. It's amazing that everything that we can see around us has been honed by nature, time, preserved by people before us and we continue to protect.

A friend once told me that our body's energy get's drained especially when we are often interacting with people or depending on the job that we currently have. It's not the kind of energy that you get from sleep, coffee or food.
My friend explained to me that one way to renew the energy in our is by going to parks, hug a huge tree and or by pressing the palm of your hand to the tree, close your eyes and just feel the energy flow to your body. I always knew that nature has a way to naturally heal our body, but I always thought it was the fresh air that helps you heal.

I haven't exactly tried hugging a tree or pressing my palm for a long period of time, but I energized walking surrounded by huge trees, breathing fresh air and the morning sun hitting my skin. It is renewing my energy and I feel great.

However, it may not always be summer in Louisville, I know that it's a bit chilly to be outside for a long time and also one of the reason's is that "Winter is coming!" Lol! We still have time to enjoy being outside and visit the park near us and renew our energy before the holidays start.

I decided to list 5 Places where you can enjoy the nature and park with your family and friends if you are visiting or not in Louisville. Enjoy!
