So yesterday, I have posted restaurants open on Thanksgiving in Indianapolis. This time, I will be posting restaurants in Louisville, KY. After I wrote the article from yesterday, it got me thinking and gave me some realization.
Thanksgiving is all about spending time with your family and we all know that nothing beats a home cooked meal. I know that it's a tradition that we have since we are kids and when our parents when they were young. I realized that times had changed a lot and now dining out with family during Thanksgiving is now acceptable.
Breaking from the tradition is not a bad thing, trying something new is actually a good thing. I guess what I'm trying to say is, cooking a Thanksgiving meal can be so tiring and the person in charge of cooking is always stressed from all the cooking mayhem that is happening in the kitchen. A simple phone call can change everything, a reservation to one of Best restaurants in town can make everyone smile for the whole Thanksgiving day and even avoid the kitchen drama.
So I guess, it doesn't matter where you spend your Thanksgiving as long as you are with your family and friends. Plus, I like the Idea that everyone can dress up and happy at the same time.
